Hidden Palette is written by Conor Mills, a freelance journalist and trainee sommelier based in London. It is a food blog dedicated to seeking out and reviewing the best cheap eats, with its main focus on London, but nowhere is off limits.
The idea of this blog is to give me a chance to write about the thing I love best, food, while hopefully compiling a helpful and reliable guide of places to go in London and around the world that sell really good, reasonably-priced food and drink.
